TRAVEL INFORMATION

KEY TRAVEL INFORMATION

Roundtrip airfare is NOT included in the tuition fee.

As soon as tuition is paid, buy your plane tickets.

Our goal is for all participants to travel on the same flight (see below).

We are hopefully going to Canada.  Bring your Passport if valid.

During your two week stay we have vehicles to drive from the airport in Bangor to Eastport Maine (2hr drive) and for activities during the two week stay and also to return to the airport when our retreat is completed.

**This is included in your tuition.

In case the Canadian Border opens, bring your passport (not required).

Since there is a commercial washer and dryer on-site, a one week supply of clothing would be good to pack.

If you don’t own a pair of non-slippery, good tread rain boots you can purchase them in Eastport at Moose Marine.

There will be work days, relaxing days, outing days and some community gatherings to consider when planning & packing.

You will definitely need a good pair of work gloves.

Please bring a reusable water bottle.

Summer Reading or a couple of good books.

A notebook & pen.

A small backpack or day pack

Medications should be in carry-on luggage

**Think layers, it can be cool in the morning/evening and hotter during the day).
